A little more context
Nathan Waldron is a Staffordshire-based author, founder and finance professional with nearly two decades of financial-services experience. He brings that background to stories, education and ideas about the human side of money.
He created Pocket Money Adventures and wrote Ava Saves Up!, a picture book for ages 4–7 illustrated by Ashley Mountford. The book is one starting point for a wider ambition: making conversations about money more accessible, practical and part of everyday life. The Pocket Money Adventures School Edition holds the Financial Education Quality Mark, issue 0195, awarded in September 2026. The mark applies to the assessed resource, not to Nathan personally or to proven long-term outcomes.
Nathan is studying towards the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. His stated aim is to complete his remaining exams in 2027, then work towards Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society. These are study and career goals, not qualifications already attained.
Updated 3 October 2026. Study plans are aspirations, not completed qualifications. This personal site is not a regulated advice service.
